SHIPPING POLICY

Fajas365 is your one-stop shop for all your fitness and shapewear needs. We’re passionate about helping you look and feel your best. We strive to provide quality products at an affordable price and offer low cost shipping to make it easier for you to get what you need. 

However, we don’t provide shipping for items that you wish to return.  We believe that everyone deserves to feel comfortable and confident in their own skin, and were here to feel help you feel just that.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

100% Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy (U.S. Only)

The 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy ensures that you are completely satisfied with our products purchased through fajas365.com. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with our products, you can easily exchange or return the item(s) within 30 Days of purchase.

Each product must be returned unworn and in perfect conditions with all tags attached and in original packaging.

For hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges of panties, and body shapers that include thongs (IF the product has already been tried on) except when there is a manufacturing defect. These garments include, but not limited to References: 8041, NS012, 8052, NS018, 6056, & 6005. Additionally, we only accept exchanges/returns for items that are:

  • Unworn

  • Unstained

  • In mint condition

  • Free of odor (cigarette, detergent, pet, etc.)

  • Tags attached

  • Free of hair (animal, people)

  • Free of powders

  • Not machine washed

  • Little to no wear

In the event that your garment is not accepted for a Return/Exchange your garment/jean will be shipped back to your address.

Free First Exchange Policy

Fajas365 will grant the first exchange free, excluding orders made with codes over 30% off. If your jeans are too small or too big, don’t worry! The full first exchange is on us! Click here to initiate your exchange. Second, and Third exchange fees (if needed) must be covered by the customer.

Return Policy

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item we will refund your balance to the original form of payment. Refunds will have a $8 Return label fee deducted from their order total if the customer chose a pre-paid label to return their package. If customer chooses to purchase their own label, the return label fee will not be deducted.

All Sale or Clearance items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Shipping charges are unfortunately non-refundable, as when sending out your parcel, we pay for your label, and cannot get the money back from the postal office, so this will be excluded from any refunds.

The FREE SHIPPING Policy is applicable to U.S. customers only.

When Can I Expect to See My Refund?

Once your return is in our warehouse, please give us 3-7 business days to inspect it and approve the return. If your return has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation for your refund. Once your refund confirmation has been received, expect to see your refund processed within 7-10 business days.

When Will I Receive My New Item?

We make every effort to process exchanges in a timely manner. Your exchange will be processed within 24 hours of us finishing the inspection your return. Note processing and inspection time may take anywhere from 3-7 days. Once it is inspected and approved, we will create your new order and ship out the exchange. This will take the usual 2-5 business days shipping time from when you receive your shipping confirmation email. Please note that during the holiday season, returns and exchanges may take longer to process.

Return/Exchange Denial

Due to COVID-19 we have certain rules and regulations we must abide for the safety of our customers. Therefore any signs of wear, smells, hairs, or stains will be denied for hygiene purposes. Products that arrive in or warehouse in unsellable condition will be sent back to the customer's address used at checkout. Note that if the denied return/exchange is sent back to Fajas365 after initial denial, the parcel will then be disposed of unless the customer chooses to pay shipping costs to have the item sent back to them.
